As the Warranty Manager for a leading company that builds luxury High-rise Condominiums you will utilize your strong communication and organization skills to support the homeowners with all deficiencies following the Tarion Homeowners warranty processes. If you are highly detailed and organized and love interacting with people and helping them, then this is the role for you
You will take charge managing the team doing PDI (pre delivery inspections) then transitions to warranty lists, attend meetings with homeowners and head office to schedule work needing to be completed. Then oversee the scheduling staff to ensure work is completed.
