Reporting to the VP Development, your primary accountability will be to provide technical engineering, architectural and design support to various internal and external stakeholders through effective analysis, communication and project management skills. You will need to possess advanced problem solving and design skills. This role is a key contributor to the high quality and enduring real estate with Highrise and Midrise residential and commercial development that the company has come to represent.
If you enjoy projects in terms of mixed-use, residential, industrial, and retail uses that range from large-scale, transit-oriented, mixed-use masterplans to small sites throughout Ontario and have experience being responsible for leading a team of stakeholders (consultants, internal, and community leaders) through the development process, from project conception to through the full cycle. If you are charismatic with a natural flare for presentations along with ambition , passion and drive for planning and development. Then this could be the job for you!
