Collaborating with the development team and guided by the VP of development, you will coordinate residential purpose-built rental projects in the GTA from start to finish; through the entitlement phase, onboarding consulting teams, site zoning and approvals, ensuring projects are launched smoothly and effectively.
If you demonstrate high emotional intelligence and have a team-first mindset, with excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, creativity, and an ‘ownership’ mentality then we want to hear from you!
