Director of Marketing – National Real Estate Development (Rentals)
Are you a strategic marketing leader with a passion for real estate development? We are seeking a  Marketing Director to drive the marketing strategy for a national portfolio of multi-family residential NEW development projects across Canada. This role is responsible for bringing brands to life within properties, aligning marketing initiatives with business objectives, and ensuring strong occupancy and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for new residential developments, including branding, advertising, digital campaigns, social media, and promotional initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing, leasing strategies, and emerging industry trends.
  • Collaborate with leasing teams to enhance lead generation, optimize the resident journey, and improve tenant retention.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including development, operations, and external vendors, to execute high-quality marketing deliverables.
  • Manage budgets and track performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize marketing effectiveness and ROI.
Qualifications
We’re looking for a dynamic marketing professional with 7+ years of experience leading innovative strategies, ideally within multi-residential real estate or a related industry. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of branding, digital marketing, and social media, with experience using CRM and marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Yardi.
