Our client is an established leading Builder/Developer and is currently sourcing for an experienced, hands-on, highly detailed Finishing Site Super.  The company has a successful, reputable and proven track record in the Residential High-Rise and Low-Rise construction and is looking for a natural leader who can hit the ground running and bring their specific expertise and ideas to the company managing their construction projects. A true passion for high-end detailed finishing’s and a good eye for design would be an asset.

Responsibilities are to manage the site activities within the scope of the Finishing Site Super, attend meetings, track progress, document milestones and ensure completion. Support the delivery approaches and project plans, timeframes and budgets, work with all levels of the organization assisting in conflict resolution. Utilize project management tools and techniques to prioritize requirements, set objectives, deliverables and ensuring initiatives are on track. Communicate of information to all stakeholders at critical points. Ensure all deliverables are documented for budget and timelines objectives are achieved. Maintain documentation of changes/ revisions and related issues or decisions.
 
It is essential that you have completed at least 1 high rise projects in the GTA.  Professional, client facing communication skills and interpersonal skills are also important in dealing with a wide range of individuals and strong computer skills will be an advantage. Apply Now!
