Responsibilities

If you like managing day-to-day operations of low-rise home building. if you enjoy attending meetings, tracking progress, motivating trades, documenting milestones and ensuring project completion, complying with regulations, and running a clean and safe site, then this is the job for you!

If you have had experience as a low-rise Site Supervisor, and have a solid understanding of low-rise construction, you will find this job extremely rewarding. Our client is an established builder and is currently searching for a talented low-rise residential Site Supervisor to oversee the build of a new low-rise residential development. The company has a significant pipeline of development projects and is looking for a Site Supervisor who can hit the ground running, work autonomously and bring their specific expertise and ideas to the company for project completion from trade selection, to ground break through to completion.
