Are you a Site Super looking for a job with a leading builder/developer? Are you currently a High-rise Site Super with experience of large scale construction? Responsibilities
If you enjoy managing day-to-day operations of all projects within the scope of a Site Super job, if you enjoy attending meetings, tracking progress, documenting milestones and ensuring completion, complying with regulations, and running a clean and safe site, then this is the job for you!
You would have the energy and drive to be the Site Management expert representing the owner right through construction to the finish and close out of the project, supporting the owners and maintaining control throughout construction phases to occupancy. You will be self-sufficient and able to tackle daily challenges with professionalism. To be successful in this role you'd need the confidence to be able to engage local trades and grow a site team to fully execute these challenging projects on time and budget. Knowledge of local Ontario building codes is essential.
