Responsibilities
The Warranty Service Coordinator works on a fantastic post-construction team and is responsible for delivering a quality service to the new homeowners in accordance to the contractor and Tarion standards. The Service Coordinator maintains excellent communication between homeowners, builder, and service technician as well as scheduling and coordinating service appointments for new homeowners and their maintenance requests. This role will be as a liaison between various stakeholders, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the process.
