In this job you will have the opportunity to coordinate and secure planning approvals , assist in creating and organising request for proposals related to municipal applications, review consultant reports and design work, and provide input as needed. You would also be a key liaison with municipal staff in all departments related to development, administrate all permit applications, assist in budgets and monitor compliance along with some development and planning administration.
