In this job, you will be able to manage and maintain office files, contracts and project information using your meticulous organization skills to ensure that all required documentation is accurate, present, and completed during each stage of project delivery.
You will be providing administrative support to monitor trades and suppliers who visit the site. You would also be required to support the project team with coordinating daily activities and schedules with the local trades.
This job is most suited to a well-organized, people-person who has excellent customer service skills and a positive personality. Having previous experience working as a Site Clerk/Administrator in a similar role is essential to be considered.

You will be compensated between 40-55K depending on experience with benefits and vacation allowance included in the package. Working hours are regular and you get weekends off.
