With your personable approach, you will enjoy professionally greeting clients / guests, answering and directing calls and overall enjoy supporting a team administratively. As a professional Receptionist / Administrator, you will be a self-starter that thrives on keeping organized, booking meetings, assisting the finance and accounting team and supporting the CEO where needed.
Your role will be working with both external and internal stakeholders. So being an effective communicator is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office while adapting to other softwares when needed. A background in finance or accounting would be an asset, as you will be supporting the finance an accounting team administratively.
