With your outgoing personality, you will enjoy greeting clients / guests, answering and directing calls and overall enjoy working with people. As a customer focused Receptionist, you will be a self-starter that thrives on keeping organized, ordering supplies, assisting with cheque runs, as well as coordinating and organizing meetings and events.

Teamwork is important, in your role you will be working with both external and internal stakeholders. So being an efficient and effective communicator is essential, along with proficiency in (or being comfortable to learn) Microsoft Office while adapting to a wide range of other software systems.
