WORKING STYLE  Primarily office based; remote flexibility when appropriate

An established residential developer is building its Ontario in-house construction team. With approximately 3,000 residential units scheduled to start construction in 2027, this is an opportunity to take ownership of meaningful projects and grow with the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage wood-frame apartment construction projects from pre-construction to completion.
• Control budgets, schedules, procurement, tendering and subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate phased six-storey stick-frame buildings above concrete underground parkades.
• Work closely with site teams, consultants and development stakeholders.
• Identify risks, solve delivery challenges and contribute to effective construction processes.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven project management experience with multi-storey stick-built wood-frame residential construction.
• Strong understanding of building sequencing and trade coordination.
• Effective budget, schedule and contract management skills.
• Collaborative, proactive approach with strong communication and accountability.
