Responsibilities
The Customer Care Manager leads and manages a superior pre and post-construction team and is responsible for delivering a quality product to the Homeowners satisfaction and in accordance to the contractor and Tarion standards. The Customer Care Manager ensures that the onsite staff efficiently manage the closing and service details, and prepares the suites for PDI inspection team.  They also ensures the service representatives are conducting repairs, manage homeowner disputes and participates in conciliation investigations.

Combining your strong leadership and organisational skills, as well as your technical skills will enable you to be in a role in which you are both successful and challenged on a daily basis.
