Pre-construction Project Manager
A highly reputable Residential Highrise Developer in Toronto is looking for a Project Manager to oversee projects from PRE-CONSTRUCTION to implementation. If you have experience in preconstruction project management, Quantity Surveying, Estimating or Cost consulting of complex projects and have a passion to develop into a full cycle Project Manager, then read on;
Reporting to the VP, Construction, the Pre-Construction Project Manager is an active self-starter who expresses a sense of urgency and pride in their work. This role is responsible for supporting leadership in the daily management, supervision, coordination, and successful completion of the preconstruction phase of projects. The Pre-Construction Manager is accountable for providing thorough, accurate, and competitive estimates to facilitate construction design decisions.
If you have a high ability to communicate well with subcontractors and clients and are self motivated with a high technical awareness of complex construction projects, can cost estimate accurate information from construction designs and manage preconstruction schedule fully then apply now
