In the role of Law Clerk, you will support the team with corporate limited partnership, transaction/sale, due diligence, corporate governance and investor work. With a highly experienced General Counsel to guide and mentor you to success and a career path established from day one.
This is a new role developed out of growth and with the right individual has the possibility to grow into a Chief of Staff. If you are someone that is self-motivated, driven and progressive then this is the role and company for you!
