Our client is an established private equity real estate developer looking for a Director of Acquisition to lead all real estate land acquisition for the companies new development division.

Reporting to the VP, Development, the Acquisitions Director, Development Projects will focus on acquiring development sites to add to the company's' growing portfolio. As a seasoned negotiator, you will rely on your strong development background to source viable development projects and efficiently close deals by navigating complexity and potential obstacles.
Using your exceptional interpersonal skills and network within both the brokerage community and with property owners, you will have the ability to identify suitable development projects related to commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments within specified markets.
If you are accomplished in creating and closing real estate deals and comfortable managing the entire acquisition process from underwriting and due diligence, property visits and negotiation of offers through to closing then you must apply.
