In this exciting role, you will utilize your strong communication and organization skills to support the customer care and project delivery teams, ensuring the homebuyers experience is seamless. Supporting the Customer Care Manager throughout the homebuyer process, from processing paperwork related to purchasing, customization, and eventually PDI. If you are highly detailed and organized and enjoy implementing streamlined processes, this is the role for you!
