You will be tasked with assisting the Vice president of Construction coordinating tasks that communicate the project deliverable to the Construction Management firm. You will attend and take minutes at all construction and project meetings, assist in review of Environmental reports, coordinate, vet and approve contractor monthly draw packages and consultant invoices and monitor contingency and construction budgets also in the creation of key documents including schedules, budgets, scopes.
Full Construction Administration including: Preparation of e‐mails, transmittals, scopes of work, LOl's, contracts, applications, schedules, budgets, permit applications, reports, project billing etc. Administering all SI's, CO's, RFl's, shop drawings as well as all other project documentation including individual tracking sheets and file systems.
