In this role you will have autonomy to recommend changes to the current safety programs in order to improve them. You will also be responsible for instruction, implementation, enforcement and management of the Health and Safety policies of the company through advising, coaching and educating all employees. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining safety processes and programs to educate employees and to ensure compliance with Provincial legislation and a strong safety culture. You will visit all sites to identify potential risks and safety hazards and to ensure that all subcontractors adhere to safety standards.
