Responsibilities
The Customer Care Manager manages all home owners needs pre and post-construction working with construction site teams to ensure the home is delivered to the correct specifications for the home builder.  The Customer Care Manager ensures that the administration related to the home / condo is up to date and accurate.

If you like helping people by dealing with homeowners, plus you are proactive and solutions orientated then this could be the role for you.

Combining your strong computer skills in MS Office, strong leadership skills, as well as your organizational skills will enable you to be in a role in which you are both successful and challenged on a daily basis.
